1.  QuickBooks Online Advanced

QuickBooks Online Advanced is our new cloud-based offering and the most robust version of QuickBooks Online, built for your clients’ growing businesses. QuickBooks Online Advanced provides an advantage for growing and more complex businesses at an attractive price point, filling a gap not yet met in the market. The new solution can help your clients delegate to a growing team with better processes and cross-department decision-making, improve collaboration effectiveness and efficiency with automated Workflows, and gain a bird's-eye view of how their business is performing through powerful customizable dashboard widgets with valuable business insight.

Here are a couple of the latest features launched within QuickBooks Online Advanced:

Expense Management
A new exclusive QuickBooks Online Advanced feature that can give customers an easier, faster way to track and manage employee expenses all in one place. Employees can now submit their expenses with categories and upload receipts directly to QuickBooks for the admin to review and add to the books.

Custom Report Builder
With the new Custom Report Builder feature, create custom reports from scratch and customize with the data you need, without any of the filtering or grouping limitations often present in Standard Reports. To save time on repetitive reporting, you can save your custom templates to use in the future.

2. Auto-Payroll

Running payroll every week can be time consuming for your clients and manually entering data can lead to errors. That’s why we’ve introduced industry-leading Auto-Payroll, which helps business owners to process payroll without the need to log into QuickBooks Online, helping save your clients time and giving them confidence that their employees are paid accurately and on time. Auto-Payroll can help your clients to customize their payroll and choose which employees get paid automatically.

QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Payroll sold separately. Integration available.

Available if setup for the company is complete. At least one employee has completed setup and has consistent payroll that qualifies for automation (i.e. salaried or hourly with default). Company must complete bank verification if an employee has direct deposit as the payment method, and the first payroll must run successfully. The account must not have a hold.

Now, with the new E-file and E-pay feature in Payroll, business owners can electronically file and pay statutory payroll taxes to the government, all from within QuickBooks. From the Payroll Tax Center your clients can review the amount owed with a detailed breakdown. Once ready to pay they can send everything to The Canada Revenue Agency or Revenu Quebec with the click of a button.

Electronic tax payments and filing available for province and federal taxes. Enrollment in e-services is required for tax payments and filings only

We’re so happy to have had Mailchimp join the Intuit family in late 2021. Mailchimp is a marketing platform that brings together audience data, marketing channels, and insights to help you reach your goals.

Now, your clients can bring together the rich financial data in QuickBooks and the powerful marketing automation of Mailchimp to help them save time and grow their business. When they connect their QuickBooks account to Mailchimp, your clients will be able to segment customers and track individual behaviour — diving deep into a single customer profile to understand who they are, how often they purchase, and if they interact with your clients’ emails.
